Fall - a season of reflection and integration
Debbie and I both have September birthdays – one day apart just at the autumnal equinox when day and night are exactly equal in length – which prompts both of us to reflect on what has been learned in previous seasons into a path forward. Fall is a reminder that we are an integral part of the natural cycle and that now is the time for harvesting “fruits” and letting go of mindsets or beliefs that tie us to versions of ourselves we have outgrown.
