As a former executive, leader in program management, expert at business operations and a certified coach, I offer a unique blend of experiences and insights that not only help individuals thrive at work but also empower teams to work together better. I work with motivated leaders in large and small organizations bringing my 30+ years of experience in a Fortune 50 Company, an energy start-up, as well as founding two businesses.
One of my roles as a leader was to hire the right people for the team and help them do their best work. Now, as a life coach, business consultant, and former executive, I define my work similarly, seeing potential in others and supporting them to achieve their goals.
